We’re excited to launch our first fundraiser of the season – Calahoo Meats! Calahoo Meats is a great way to fill your freezer with quality meats, jerky, sausages and more!
Key Details:
Opens: Monday, September 21, 2026
Closes (Orders & Payments Due): Wednesday, October 7th by 5:00pm
Who: Open to both all SAGC families, both Recreation and Competitive families
How to Order:
Use the order form (print or fill digitally)
To keep things simple, each athlete should submit just one order form and one payment. Please gather all orders from friends and family under your athlete’s name.
Order forms: Send the completed form(s) to fundraising@stalbertgymnastics.com
Payments: Send one total payment by e-transfer (no cash) to accounts@stalbertgymnastics.com. In the e-transfer message, include your athlete’s name and note that it’s for Calahoo Meats.
⚠️ Important: Do not send your e-transfer payment to the fundraising email address—payments must go directly to accounts@stalbertgymnastics.com.
Pick-Up:
You can expect orders to be ready about two weeks after the order is placed. I’ll confirm the exact date and time for pick-up at the gym. (Tentative pick-up date would be October 20th). It’s important to pick up your order on that day (or have someone collect it for you), since many items are frozen/refrigerated and we don’t have extra storage at the gym.
Funds raised will go toward new gymnastics equipment and facility improvements. Thank you for supporting our athletes here at SAGC! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out directly.
