St. Albert Gymnastics Club believes gymnastics is, above all else, fun. Our certified coaches build skills, fitness and confidence in a safe and positive environment.

Parent & Tot, Mini Movers, all 12 CanGym badges, Rising Stars, Parkour and Sensory Friendly classes.
By assessment
Competitive teams for dedicated athletes. Book a $20, 15-minute competitive assessment.
Preschool
Play-based learning in the gym and activity room. Morning and afternoon options. New schedule coming soon.
18 months +
Preschool Fridays and Family Sundays. $10 a visit, pre-registration required.
All Ages

School Breaks

New for Winter 2027
A relaxed gymnastics experience for children who benefit from a quieter, lower-stimulation environment. Reduced lighting, minimal background noise, and children can join structured activities or explore at their own pace.
The gym is exclusively reserved for this program.

Birthday Parties
One hour on the gym floor with a certified coach, then one hour in our party room for food, cake and presents.
Camps & Field Trips
School break and summer camps for ages 4 and up, in half-day and full-day options. Schools and groups can book coached 1.25-hour field trips with warm-ups, safety landings and circuits around the gym.
