An introduction to gymnastics through climbing, hanging, sliding and object play. Coach-led, so little ones explore and grow at their own pace with a parent.

Fundamental movement and parent-supported gymnastics. Children explore the equipment, learn basic skills and practise staying with the group.

Sensory Friendly Gymnastics

Sensory Friendly Gymnastics provides a relaxed gymnastics experience for children who benefit from a quieter, lower-stimulation environment. The gym is exclusively reserved for this program and will feature reduced lighting, minimal background noise and limited activity from other programs.

Children can participate in structured gymnastics activities or explore the gym at their own pace. Participation may be parent-supported or independent depending on each child’s individual needs and comfort level.
