Transfers

For safety, coaches may transfer a gymnast to a better-suited program. There’s no transfer fee, but any price difference is charged or credited. After registration closes, transfers are made only on a coach’s recommendation.

Withdrawals & refunds

Refunds vary depending on the program. Withdraw until the end of the 2nd class for account credit. Refunds only if requested in writing before the 2nd class (prorated) or for medical reasons with a doctor’s note. A $20 administration fee applies. The AGF insurance fee is non-refundable after the first class. For full details, see our Finance Policy.

SAGC may remove athletes for abusive language or dangerous behaviour, and adults acting inappropriately toward staff or athletes. Each situation is handled case by case.

Please don’t bring food containing nuts to classes, camps or parties.
